How Our Billing And RCM Services Work.
A clear start and steady follow-through. We review your current process, agree on the work in writing, and do it in the software your practice already uses, with one named person you can reach.
- BAA before any patient-data access
- Keep your existing EHR
- A named account manager

Four Steps, Clearly Owned.
- 1Shared Review Your Current Process Start with a billing audit. We sign a Business Associate Agreement before accessing patient data, then give you a written report, an action plan and a findings call. Often 3 business days; usually within a working week
- 2Your practice approves Agree Scope And Access Choose Medical Billing or Full RCM, confirm your written quote and approve the access the work needs. We work in your existing EHR or practice management system. Onboarding normally 3–5 business days after the audit
- 3OneBill RCM Do The Agreed Work Charge entry, claims, payment posting, denials, A/R follow-up and patient statements. Full RCM adds registration assistance, eligibility, prior authorization support, coding, credentialing and revenue analysis. You keep scheduling, patient care and documentation
- 4Shared Review Progress Each Month Your monthly Excel report shows billed and recovered amounts, appeals, denials and net collection rate. Review it with your account manager. Questions any time by email or direct phone

What We Need To Start Well.
A smooth start depends on a few documents and decisions made in the first week. We send a checklist after the audit and work through it with your team.
The cutover date matters. We agree on a date: claims after it are ours. Inherited claims from before it that are up to 120 days old are worked by a dedicated A/R expert; older claims stay with your current biller or move to Old A/R Recovery, priced separately. That helps keep claims from being billed twice or missed.

- Signed Business Associate Agreement
- Approved access to your EHR or practice management system
- Payer list, contracts and fee schedules
- Clearinghouse and electronic remittance details
- Provider list with NPIs and enrollment status
- Open A/R report as of the cutover date
- Your preferred contacts and escalation path
