We Find The Cause And Follow It To A Decision.

Four Steps Before Billing Begins.

01Discovery CallWe discuss your practice, current systems and service needs, and explain the audit terms before the audit begins.
02BAA & Approved AccessA Business Associate Agreement and access your practice approves are in place before we touch patient data, including during the audit.
03Audit & FindingsTypically three business days once records and access are ready. You get a written report, an action plan and a findings call.
04OnboardingNormally a further three to five business days after the audit. Then billing work begins in your existing systems.
What the audit covers

Before You Decide.

Straight answers about fees, the audit, denials and what happens if you leave.

How Do Fees Work?

Fees are a percentage of the insurance payments our team collects that have reached your account. Patient payments are excluded. There is no setup fee, minimum monthly fee or hidden fee. We walk through rates and audit terms on your discovery call.

Will Switching Require A New EHR?

No. You keep your existing EHR and practice management system. We review the workflow and access requirements with your team before work begins.

What Does The Audit Cover?

CPT and ICD-10 coding, modifier use, undercoding and overcoding, charges, claim submission, denials and payment posting, plus net collection rate, registration, eligibility, authorizations and A/R follow-up across 30-, 60-, 90- and 120-day aging buckets. You receive a written report and action plan, followed by a findings call.

What Happens When A Claim Is Denied?

We check the denial reason against the documentation, coding and payer requirements, identify the cause, then correct the claim or gather supporting records and resubmit or appeal when appropriate. We follow the claim through the payer's final determination. Payment outcomes depend on the claim and the payer's decision.

What Happens If We Cancel?

Service is month to month with 30 days' notice. We continue normal billing work through the agreed final service day, then hand over open claim statuses, insurance and patient A/R, denial and appeal records, follow-up notes, payment and adjustment records, billing history and a full practice management data export. Claims we submitted or corrected that were approved by the end date stay fee-eligible if the insurance payment arrives later; Pricing explains the details.
